Right of withdrawal
You can exchange or return (totally or partially) your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.
By going to any 4Elementos store where you can exchange or return your order free of charge.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To proceed with a partial or total return of an order, you have the following options, and remember, it is essential that your return or exchange is accompanied by the Original Purchase Receipt/Invoice, in case of placing the order online, the original box or packaging, otherwise, we will not be able to manage the exchange/return:
1. Exchange/Return in physical store - Free

You can go to any 4Elementos physical store (see stores) with the items you wish to return or exchange along with the Original Invoice and Return Document that accompanied your order (you will find them inside the box we sent you), in our stores they will manage your exchange or return. Remember that it is also essential to present the original box or packaging of the items without any damage. Once the store processes your return, we will receive a notification at the returns center, which will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 10 days. |

3. Online Exchange
This option does not exist. We do not accept online exchanges.
Proceed to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
4. Returns for orders purchased in physical stores
For orders placed in physical stores, whether normal purchases or "Express Sales Orders" (those made in one of our physical stores and shipped to the customer's desired address), no refund will be issued. Instead, a voucher without an expiry date will be issued for the same value as the returned items.
* Remember, for Express Sales Orders, you will be issued a purchase voucher, either online or redeemable in 4Elementos physical stores, for the value of the items you wish to return (shipping/return costs are not refunded).
5. Express Order Returns

"Express Order" refers to orders placed in one of our 4Elementos physical stores and shipped to the address indicated by the customer. For this type of order, the order amount will not be refunded in case of return; instead, a voucher will be issued for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) to be redeemed within an unlimited time, meaning the voucher issued has no expiration date. If you wish to return an item from an Express Order, you can do so by:

Additional Notes
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired (20 calendar days from the date the order was placed), through the channels indicated at the beginning of this page.
Items must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 10 calendar days from the day of communication of withdrawal.
You are expected to handle and inspect the items in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a store (with due care) until you decide to accept the items. All returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. In case of non-compliance, you are responsible for any diminished value of the items, and we may refuse your return and refund the amount. See below for the effects of withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel and return your order in accordance with the terms mentioned above, we will refund you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 10 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we will withhold the refund until we receive the items. We will refund the purchase amount paid for the returned products (we do not refund shipping/return costs) and provided that an order is returned in its entirety (all elements belonging to the item, including original box or packaging without damage). We will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Claims policy if products are defective:
As a consumer, you have the right to the legal guarantee of the country where you reside.
According to the legal guarantee, you are entitled to products that:
- Are free from defects at the time of delivery;
- Correspond to what was agreed, as indicated in our offer.
- Meet the necessary characteristics for normal use.
If, despite everything, a product delivered by us unexpectedly shows a defect or otherwise breaches the legal guarantee, please inform our Customer Service by submitting your claim via email at clientes@4elementos.es
To help us resolve any potential issues, we recommend that you:
- Clearly explain what defect or problem the products have.
- Include several images of the products where the defect is clearly visible and show their general condition.
After reviewing the items and informing the corresponding brand to obtain a response regarding your case, we will indicate the steps to follow. If your warranty claim is well-founded, we will refund the purchase amount.
